About US
The Troy Reinvestment Fund (TRF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the economic vitality and social welfare of the City of Troy, Ohio, and its citizens. The fund’s purpose is to accelerate revitalization efforts in downtown Troy and its surrounding neighborhoods by providing a private source of capital investment for development projects.
Specifically, the TRF revolving loan fund will provide supplemental, gap funding for businesses, organizations or individuals in need of additional capital to successfully advance their project.
The TRF fund was initially subsidized by a grant from The Troy Foundation. Future grants and contributions from individuals, businesses and other organizations will be invited in an effort to grow and maintain the fund for future projects.
